How do you work?

FIBI is a marketplace that connects customers to lots of amazing brands, this means that every time you make a purchase you are buying directly from the brand you are purchasing from, not FIBI.

Here’s how it works:

 1. You complete your order through the FIBI marketplace and your order is transferred to the relevant brands
2. You receive an email from FIBI for your order saying it's been passed to our brands
3. Each brand receives your order, accepts it, and ships it directly to you
4. You receive an order fulfilment email
5 You receive your order (double yay!) with the brand's invoice attached

There is a very small possibility that that a brand may reject your order, if this happens you will be notified immediately and refunded all relevant payments you have made.

If you're concerned about the time of your order drop us a line letschat@fibi-life.com and we'll find out its progress for you.

How does FIBI work?

We partner with sustainable brands from lots of different places. In order to reduce the travelling of our products we get the brands to send them directly to you. This means that some of your products might come at different times so if you're worried why some things might come before others, do not despair, we'll ensure you get everything as soon as possible.
